Two beautiful, fully-equipped purpose built dance studios are available for hire! These spaces are perfect for people who want to run their own classes i.e: Yoga, Fitness, Pilates, Salsa, Ballroom, Bollywood etc… or Do you just need space for personal practice in front of wide full length mirrors.

The Studio Space

Sound System Plug & Play

Both Studios are equipped with a pair of Bi-amplified 12 inch Speakers/ sub-woofer. Plug and play your device into the system or connect to bluetooth. No unnecessary set up time, hassle free, just bring along your device and plug it in. (Just remember to bring your iPhone Jack if you need one)

Wall to Wall Full Length Mirrors

Whether taking a class or running through choreography practice, seeing yourself is very important. Both RSD studios are equipped with full length mirrors which run from wall to wall.

Flooring

Sprung floors to protect your joints smooth finish but not slippery. These floors are designed with dancers in mind. From tap dancing, to ballroom and swing dancing to dancers who do acrobatics and flips, it’s truly a multi-purpose floor.

Air Conditioning and Sound Proofing

Each studio is equipped with 2 air conditioning units so you’re not frying up in the middle of summer while you’re practising for the big gig. The 2 studios are designed to be sound proofed from one another to provide for minimal distraction if the other studio is in use.

Access to 8 reserved off-road car parks. There are also ample on-road parking spaces on St George Street if you wish to use.

Studio Sizes

There are 2 studios to choose from: The Purple Studio or the Green Studio
Dimensions for both studios are approximately: 7m wide x 13m long
(The Purple studio is slightly smaller due to the shape of the building)
The wall between the 2 studios have been sound proofed to provide maximum reduction of noise.

Availability and Cost?
